QC Laboratory Solutions
A QC lab runs the same tests every day. The result it produces has to be the one the audit reads, run after run, year after year. That is the brief: instruments that hold up, documentation that stays clean, and records that do not drift.
Pharmaceutical Water TOC
If you run purified water or water for injection, TOC is the number that decides whether the water is usable at all — and the acceptance limit sits around 1 ppb. That is a high bar for a test you run every single day. The TA-series answers in under four minutes with 3% reproducibility, and keeps five years or more of history on board. Pair it with the AIS-2.0 automatic sampler and the water program runs unattended for longer windows, without changing the shape of the result.
Osmolality
For injectables, blood products, dialysis fluids and reference standards, the pharmacopeia points at freezing point depression. The FPOSM-V3.0 reaches that accuracy with small sample volumes — not a convenience. The sample is often expensive and limited, and the number it produces still has to stand up in front of an auditor.
Filter Verification
Membrane qualification runs on the full USP <43> / EP 11.0 set — bubble point, diffusive flow, dry bubble, pressure hold, vacuum decay. Bubble point is the quick in-line check you run on each fill; the slower methods carry the qualification and post-sterilization steps. All of it comes from one instrument, which is exactly what keeps the results comparable across the whole program.

Frequently Asked Questions
What TOC range does the TA series cover?
From the low end — the TA-2.0 measures 0.001 to 1.5 mg/L at 0.001 mg/L resolution using 185 nm UV oxidation with conductivity detection — up to the TA-200 at 0–3,000 mg/L (extensible). All respond in under four minutes and hold 3% reproducibility.
Why freezing point depression for osmolality?
It is the reference method: high accuracy in small sample volumes, which is exactly what parenteral products, blood products and reference-standard work need when the sample is limited and expensive.
Which filter test is the quick in-line check?
Bubble point — fast, non-destructive and reproducible, the standard first check on a wetted sterilizing-grade liquid filter, run on each fill with the result recorded.
