Tell us your application — we respond with product selection, documentation and pricing.
What to include in your inquiry
The faster you get a useful answer back, the more of the following you can include. All of it can be added later — but each item narrows the recommendation:
The application. What has to be verified — a filter, a glove, a filled vial, a bag, a water system — and at which stage: method development, in-process, release, or routine qualification.
The format. Container or package format and size, membrane or glove type, or water system configuration. A prefilled syringe and a stoppered vial are different CCIT problems, even if they sit on the same line.
The requirements. The pharmacopeia or standard the test has to satisfy — USP <43>, USP <1207>, EP 11.0, ASTM F2338 — and any customer or regulatory body requirements on top.
The volume. How many units per run, per lot, per day. This is what decides between a single instrument and a multi-channel configuration, and between portable and fixed placement.
The environment. Where the instrument will sit — production floor, isolator-adjacent, or QC laboratory — and the infrastructure it will talk to (LIMS, Ethernet, RS485).
What happens next
We respond from the U.S. service team on business days — not a ticket queue. The reply is a written recommendation: the instrument and configuration, the method set and acceptance criteria, the qualification documentation package, and pricing. From there the same team handles installation coordination, IQ/OQ/PQ documentation, training and after-sales, so the person who recommended the instrument is the person you call when it is running on your line.
